1 General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and use of products sold by Powease. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Products

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, and specifications accurately. Minor variations in color, size, texture, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing processes, lighting, or screen settings.

In the event of an error in product information or pricing, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or refuse any order placed under incorrect terms, whether or not the order has been confirmed or charged.

3 Ordering & Payment

Orders may be placed exclusively through our website at powease.co. Payments are securely processed via Stripe or other WooCommerce-supported payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

4 Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom via third-party fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery times for the United States typically range from 8–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, incorrect address information, or events beyond our reasonable control. Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

5 Returns & Refunds

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• Returned in original packaging
• Free of pet hair, odors, stains, or visible wear

To initiate a return, contact support@powease.co with your order number and reason for return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

6 Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return procedure must be followed instead.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Powease shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that product. Products are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

8 Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, and videos, is the intellectual property of Powease or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent from Powease.

9 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming.
