1Return Window
Return or refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this window may not be accepted.
2Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- ✓ Unused and in original condition
- ✓ Returned in original packaging
- ✓ Free from pet hair, odors, stains, or visible wear
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return and may be sent back at the customer’s expense.
3How to Request a Return
- Email support@powease.co with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Our support team will review your request and reply within 24–48 business hours.
- If approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
4Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
All returned items must be shipped using a trackable method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
5Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- ✓ Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- ✓ Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
- ✓ For damaged or defective items, a refund may be issued without requiring a physical return

- Items showing signs of wear, pet hair, or misuse
